About Role-
The role requires appointing channel partners (IFAs and Distributors) and driving investment product
sales across geographies across your target area =
Job Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for but not limited to the following-
● Recruitment of channel partners
● Providing training for Business Development
● Preparing business plans and strategies to develop business of channel partner
● Planning different activities with channel partners to increase their productivity
● Accompanying IFA on HNI/UHNI client meetings.
● Addressing and spreading awareness regarding P2P lending in group client meets.
● Solving distributor's queries.
● To own and deliver organizational targets given on time to time
● Following internal sales process
● Comply with all rules and regulations of the company as well as following industry norms.
Key Skills required:
● Business Development and Channel management skills
● People oriented, outgoing individual that earns a high degree of loyalty with staff and channel partners
● Good understanding of Mutual fund distribution and how the industry works
● Eagerness to work with start-up and problem solving skills
